Converse EDC hosting Annual Broker Luncheon

Converse EDC is hosting their annual Commercial Broker Luncheon with former NFL and CFL Football Player Jarveon Williams.

The upcoming Broker Luncheon is built around a powerful shift: The Performance Economy: Where Sports, Culture, and Entertainment Converge

What we’re seeing isn’t just evolution—it’s convergence. Sports tourism, year-round training, team activation, and experiential destinations are coming together to create steady demand across hospitality, retail, and entertainment.

Jarveon Williams will lead a panel discussion of leaders working inside this evolution. They’ll unpack where momentum is building, how these ecosystems are influencing development patterns, and where opportunities are emerging for those positioned to move early.
