Development Review Team (DRT) – The City of Converse Planning Department believes that anyone developing in Converse should have a clear path and appropriate contacts within the city. The DRT meets every Tuesday at 10:00 am with City Manager/Asst. City Manager, Planning Director, City Engineer, Fire Marshall, Utility Director, Public Works Director, and EDC Executive Director. To schedule a pre-development meeting with DRT, requests are due by 12:00 p.m. the Friday before. Request Forms are emailed to [email protected].
